We began with one stall, a bucket of home grown blooms and a habit of chatting to everyone who walked past. That has not really changed - we are still a small team, we still buy at dawn, and we still wrap every order by hand.
Today we supply weddings, hotels and a lot of ordinary Tuesdays, working with growers around the hill country so the stems in your bouquet were cut this week, not last month.
